Individual Counseling

Session Structure and Pricing

You might seek either Long term or Short-term Psychotherapy depending on your unique needs. The frequency of sessions generally is once in a week. However, it might be adjusted to twice in a week or once every other week depending on your goals, willingness, and your progress.

Initial Consultation

$ 180 per 50 minutes

In this meeting we gather your background information, establish your personal or relational goals to create a roadmap for your therapy.

Therapy Session

Individual Therapy Session $160 per 50 minutes Premarital Consultation $160 per 50 minutes Couple Therapy Session $190 per 60 minutes Family Therapy Session $190 per 60 minutes Parenting Consultation $190 per 60 minutes Consultation Therapist $100 per 60 minutes

As an out-of net work provider, I can provide invoices to submit to your insurance plans if out-of-network benefits apply.
