Individual Counseling

Session Structure and Pricing

You might seek either Long term or Short-term Psychotherapy depending on your unique needs. The frequency of sessions generally is once in a week. However, it might be adjusted to twice in a week or once every other week depending on your goals, willingness, and your progress.

Initial Consultation

$ 200 per 60 minutes

In this meeting we gather your background information, establish your personal or relational goals to create a roadmap for your therapy.

Therapy Session

Individual Therapy Session $180 per 50 minutes; Couple Therapy Session $220 per 60 minutes; Family Therapy Session $220 per 60 minutes; Parenting Consultation $180 per 50 minutes ; Consultation Therapis $140 per 50 minutes.

As an out-of net work provider, I can provide invoices to submit to your insurance plans if out-of-network benefits apply.
